Is there any way you can catch this cat and take it to a vet or animal rescue centre to get the microchip read?

taken cat to vet. No chip and Female. we still have her coming to door most of day and being fed. She comes in house ,looks around then asks to go back out. Have got her a kennel in shelter beside house and his happy there so think shes been an outside cat. Not afraid of our dog at all.
