Sorry, we can't accept reports for lost or found pets via this contact form. However, you can report a lost or found pet via our online reporting system. Get started by clicking the button below:
Report a lost or found pet
You can close an active report the 'My Reports' page. You'll find a red button labeled 'Close Report' for each active report you have. Just click that button and answer a couple of short questions to close your report.

You can change the phone number on your report from the 'My Reports' page. Just click the green button with the spanner icon and select 'Edit phone number' from the pop-up menu.
To cancel your Protected Number subscription go to the 'My Numbers' page where you'll find a red 'Cancel' button. Then, select an option from the page to cancel your Protected Number.
