Our Phone Number Protection Add-on provides you with a disposable virtual phone number that invisibly routes calls and texts to you.
You pay a low monthly fee to access the Number Protection service and you can cancel at any time.

The normal monthly fee for Phone Number Protection is £3.99.

If you choose the VIP Plus listing for your missing pet report, then you'll be offered 7 days of Phone Number Protection for free.
If you choose to keep it after 7 days then you'll be charged the normal monthly fee of £3.99.

If you choose either the Basic or VIP listing for your missing pet report, then you'll be offered the first month of Phone Number Protection at a discounted rate of £1.99.
Subsequent months are charged at the normal monthly free of £3.99.

We build a search engine optimised, mobile-friendly web page your missing pet showing key information including breed, species, a photo and a map showing the last known location. More and more people are turning to the internet to locate owners of stray animals. Your pet's report is entered into our searchable database that is available 24 hours and day, 7 days a week for anyone to access. Output from our database is also crawled by search engines on a daily basis.

Sometimes, publishing your phone number on the internet or printing it on posters and flyers means that you could start receiving unwanted or malicious calls and texts at all times of day and night. To help prevent this and to keep your phone number safe, we provide you with a new disposable phone number to use that routes calls and text messages directly through to your phone - all without ever revealing your real phone number.

You can block nuisance callers from calling again, control the time of day you receive calls and send calls direct to voicemail. When you close off your report and no longer need the number, we disconnect it so you don't get any more calls.

If you choose either our VIP or VIP Plus listing for your missing pet and you want your money back within 14 days then you can get a full refund - no strings. But to help us improve our service, we might ask you what the reason is. If there is something we could do better then we want to know!

Our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee only applies to our VIP and VIP Plus listing fees. Any fees paid for our Number Protection Add On are non-refundable.
