I took him to a rescue centre. He was microchipped, so was returned to the owner. He is very skinny and had eaten what looked like a rotting bird carcus, which he threw up at the centre, so it seemed as if he may not have been being fed properly. The kind woman at the rescue centre spoke to the owners and asked him to keep him inside for a while and away from the main road. I hope he is now being taken care of.
