Circumstances:	Niffler only ever goes outside for an hour or two at a time and always comes home to his call.

I have seen a cat very much like your picture. It is quite vocal - maybe because it is lost. It has taken to hiding under a large table in our back garden which has a big cover over it. I have heard it around for over a week and seen it in our garden for about the past 3 or so days. Sorry for the lateness of the hour, but it has been out here at the moment. It's fine if you want to reply this late..
