Markings:	White patch on his chest, some white hairs around his shoulders
Circumstances:	It was his 2nd outing since moving in with me. He had been out a previous night and came home at lunch time the next day. He was previously my aunties cat, and had just under a month with me before I started letting him out again. Last I saw him, I put on his flea/tick treatment and his collar and let him out and saw him heading towards Upper Mastrick Way periodically scratching at his collar.
