Microchipped: Not sure
Circumstances: Went out as usual and turned right down the road.
Other info: Elderly, partially sighted, has dementia.

Lady found him soaked through on her doorstep 2 miles away from his home. She looked after him and took him to the vets on Monday. Luckily that was his own practice so they contacted his Mum. He’s safely home but quite poorly and will revisit the vets in a couple of days. Fingers crossed he improves. Thank you for your help.
