Hey there - any chance you could let us know where the cat is now? Is there any chance you could take it to a vet to get it scanned for a chip? Many thanks for the report.Nick

As I mentioned, the cat is dead - estimated abouit 12 hrs.Since reporting, I have revisited the site (pavement to road through village), with a view to checking the collar - to find that the body has been removed. Sorry can give no further information.

No photo for this one - sadly, it seems it was killed on the road.

Hi Actually I don't see any report of the cat being dead, so perhaps the site hadn't updated or something. No worries. Thought I'd ask, as my cat has been missing for around a month now, would at least be nice to have a closure on it, one way or another :-( Regards

It's actually not obvious on the report. We made a decision not to put it on the report in black and white. In the 'health' section we say 'please call for more information'. Do you think it would be better to simply display the status as 'deceased'?

Hi Nick For me, yes, I would put that it's deceased. Without it, I'd have have my hopes up about getting the cat back, only to be told it's dead when calling up. But that's only my opinion. Regards

Yeah - I agree. I've been thinking about altering it for a while. I've updated the system to reflect these changes from now on. Thanks for your thoughts.
