Hi. I don’t want to get your hopes up as the cat I saw looked bigger than yours but I have been woken up two consecutive mornings by loud miaowing and looking out of the window saw a tabby with white socks. I didn’t notice how far the white extended in the back legs. I’ll keep a look out for it but if you haven’t found Tina yet you could try taking a walk/calling round a Picklers Hill in Abingdon.

I’m sorry, I don’t think it is Tina - the white does not extend high enough up the back legs and s/he is wearing a black collar. I wish I could upload a photo for you. Sorry. I hope you have found/will find Tina.
