Hi -- WHERE IS 'OX14 5AA'? Google Maps doesn't know exactly where it's supposed to be, this PR website has a marker in no-mans-land, looks like it's supposed to be the Morland Gardens estate, part up, being extended. NB :- If he's chipped, is it one of the chips that can be tracked??

Hi Tony. We are Moreland Gardens OX14 5GE but it didn't come up when I tried to use it on here. OX14 5AA is incorrect - the postcode the developer told us to use was OX14 4AA. In my haste to get my alert out, I got the postcode wrong.

That's OK, wanted to check as people seeing this - and the reports get good coverage - may be confused. Hopefully he hasn't gone far. Have you considered the chip point? I know someone with a cat, here in Drayton, likes wandering off, so it now has a 'clever' chip that acts like a tracker, can show fairly closely where it's got to?

Hi Tony. Morris isn’t allowed beyond the garden as he’s blind. Sadly, the side gate was accidentally left open last night and he wandered off. I wish he did have s tracker but we’ve not needed it before. We only moved here 10 moths ago so he doesn’t know the area. We’re desperate but trying everything. Thank you for your message.

Any news on Morris? I am going to share this on Facebook now. I hope you find him soon, but I am happy to go out and look for him after work today. All the best x

Thanks for asking .... a lady a few roads away thought she heard some quiet meowing last night. We called, searched and shook food for an hour around that area but sadly nothing. We're still searching but he's more likely to be out then. Thank you for your offer to help. If you're in the area, we'd be pleased if you could keep an eye open. Thanks very much.

Morris was found on the building site which is part of the development we live on. Last night, a woman in a home near the building site said she could hear faint meows. We went and searched but couldn't see or hear anything. This morning, I gave the building site manager some leaflets to give out to the men. At 11 am, Morris ran past one of them and the site manager called us to say they'd found him. We collected him and apart from being very hungry and thirsty, he seemed OK.
