Circumstances:	He left a bit before the storm got bad, we assume he got lost while looking for shelter.
Other info:	He's a tabby and siamese mix, he has got black front and back paws, ears and tail, like a roasted marshmallow and greyish-blue eyes.

Leo walked in like nothing happened, he wasn't wearing his collar. He is in great shape, like he was fed and kept somewhere. If someone had him: thank you for taking care of him and letting him return home safe.
