Circumstances:	He followed a lady home asking for food, it was a very rainy night and the lady took him in and fed him. I took him to the vet the next day to scan for microchip and reunite him with the owners but he doesn't not have a microchip. Full of fleas and hungry otherwise good health

Owner was found - a local lady who did not use social media a lot so it took quite a bit of time for them to be reunited
