Hello, I was taking my boys to the park in Westfields road , (West Acton) opposite the park and I noticed a black cat that’s was very underweight . The cat is black yellow eyes and I noticed it had a either a bald or white neck . As I was leaving the playground the cat was still at the same place where I found her .hope this helps . I sincerely didn’t know what else to do because I don’t live in the area ,but I decided to check online and found this website. .hope she is still there .and hope it’s Mindy. All the best .
