Location:	Beech Grove, Addlestone KT15 1QQ, UK

Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	Polydactyl - he has extra claws on each paw
Circumstances:	Neighbour saw him looking under the weather, he then made his way behind a shed towards the Church Close/Ladythorpe Close gardens and hasn't been seen since. Happy to offer a reward if it helps find him.
Other info:	Last seen in his back garden at Beech Grove, off Simplemarsh Road on Monday at 3pm
