Markings:	None
Circumstances:	He went out in the evening, same as usual. It is open, wild country here and he is apt to wander but always returns after a night or two. As the weather was warmer last week, I think he might have gone further afield and maybe become disorientated. I have checked all accessible barns and outbuildings and have asked my few scattered neighbours to keep an eye out for him. I'm afraid he isn't neutered or chipped. I would have done this before but there are no other cats anywhere hereabouts except the two male farm cats half a mile away and I cannot easily get to the vet in Broughton so I put this off, possibly for too long. There certainly no unneutered females and if there were, the farm cats would have found them. Which is how we ended up rescuing a pregnant mother and took responsibility for both her and her kittens. I had the mother and female kitten neutered as soon as weaning was finished so I am not entirely irresponsible. Jim is wary of anyone except the two of us. This is a remote house and he has had virtually no contact with other humans since he was born just under two years ago. He would not approach anyone and would avoid anyone approaching him. I will certainly have him neutered and chipped if he comes home again.
