Circumstances:	Simba was taken for a walk with another dog and when passing a house an owner let his dog out unleashed who attacked simba damaged his harness which he escaped from and ran, as I chased him he rang down a path leading to a large field into a construction site which leads out to Houghton Conquest on Bedford road and back round to the British car auction and manor lane.

I hope you find Simba and he is ok. Would be worth also registering on Doglost.co.uk spread the word even more.
