Circumstances:	Usually comes home >2 times a day, but hasn’t returned home in over 3 days
Other info:	Naturally long-haired, but recently groomed so may have shorter hair than usual.

A little girl found Phoebe over a mile away from home. She recognised her from posters and had her mum call us.
