Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	Blue bandage on front paw (covering wart), hardly any front teeth, floppy ears
Circumstances:	I saw Dylan going into the ferns which he usually does at times. After only about 10-15 seconds I called him and he usually comes straight out but he didn't come out. I shouted for him for about 15 minutes and then started going down into the ferns all the while calling him, but I couldn't find him. That was the last time I saw him.
