Markings:	Seems to have been operated recently as there is a patch of short hair.
Circumstances:	In front of my house
Other info:	I have taken the cat to West Bar Veterinary Hospital in Banbury - they confirmed the cat is microchipped, but couldn't contact the owner as the microchip information for the owner is old. The cat was found in the newly build area in Longford Park (near Oxford Road). Please either get in touch through here or by contacting the vet - the vet will be able to verify your details and provide you with my contact information.
