Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	completely black with thinner fur above her eyes so in some lights it looks white
Circumstances:	Willow is new to exploring outside and was just out exploring

We put posters around asking people to check garages and sheds etc. She's come back starving and covered in dried poop so I think she got shut in somewhere
