Location:	Park Road, Banbury, Oxfordshire OX16, UK
Health:	Healthy
Age:	11 years old
Sex:	Female
Collar:	Black
Microchipped:	Yes
Circumstances:	Mindy went missing through the night we think as the catflap is left open at night. It was a very windy night and she may have got frightened by the wind and disorientated.
Other info:	The collar is black with red 'staywell' written on it and a infrared magnetic blue cat flap key hanging from it.

Mindy returned after missing almost 4 weeks. She was very thin and dehydrated, the vets assume she was trapped in a shed or similar and survived on bugs and condensation. She took quite a few weeks to return to her normal self however she now has some form of epilepsy/seizures which happen every couple of weeks. We still do not know what is wrong and it could be down to the stress she suffered whilst missing.
