Lost cat: Black and white cat called Rosie - Beaconsfield area, Buckinghamshire

Sex:	Spayed Female

Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	Grey tip on tail.
Circumstances:	I got Rosie 6 weeks ago from a Blue Cross rescue centre. As advised by the centre, I started to introduce her to the outdoors (accompanied in the back garden) 10 days ago. In her previous home, she only had outside access in an enclosure. As someone was leaving the house yesterday evening, Rosie ran through the front door, up the drive and along the pavement. We couldn't see where she went after that. I stayed up until the early hours walking along the road and round our garden calling for her. Today I have done the same and have extended the search to nearby roads with no success. I am worried as Rosie is not used to roaming outside, is not yet familiar with the area and is a timid, nervous cat.
Other info:	Mainly black with white paws, bib and chin. Green eyes. Petite.

At 21:30 on 06 December 2018, Rosie was found and is now home. Many thanks to all who shared this listing and who helped in the search.

Using the flyers you produced for me, a friend and I leafleted all the houses within a half mile radius of our house. I displayed the posters (printed free of charge by Doxdirect) in a local shop, Costa Coffee, the Post Office, GP Surgery and on fences. As a result, I had 4 reports of sightings in one particular area. I concentrated the search there, re-leafleting to report the sightings and giving more information about Rosie. I walked round the area many times, calling for Rosie. Several people living in my road and in nearby roads were very supportive and conducted their own local searches. A lady I have never met contacted me to say that if Rosie had not been found by the weekend, she would organise a group to search for her. Last night, a lady who had already reported seeing Rosie called me to say she was in her garden. I rushed there and managed to catch Rosie in the cat carrier with the help of tuna. I am thrilled to have her back and am so grateful to PetsReunited, Doxdirect, and the kind residents of Beaconsfield who helped make it happen.
