Circumstances:	This cat was ravenously eating chips out of a box on the ground close to my building. This struck me as odd, I then noticed that he looked quite bedraggled (grubby fur, big knots, what appeared to be a small cut on his nose). He was desperate for my attention - incredibly friendly and followed me home. I am convinced that he has been someone's pet as he's very affectionate towards people and he knows how to use a litter tray. He had ticks and fleas but has now been treated for those. He is not chipped or neutered. The vet who checked him says that he weighs about 2/3 what he should weigh.
Other info:	This adult male ginger cat has long fur and a beautiful fluffy tail (though it's not as bushy as it could be).
