Markings:	Black tiger lines on his head and back.
Circumstances:	He goes in and out of the house but today (thurs 11th july 2019) someone reported to me at 5pm that they saw him run out of their block roughly 3.30pm.
Other info:	Birth mark in his mouth on his gums
