Markings:	Missing fur on inner thighs of back legs-but not scabby or sore.
Other info:	VERY noisy meow-been wandering around every few days for about 2 weeks.Kings Meadow area.Happy to be picked up once he has checked you out,and come in the house to eat our cats food.Doesn't seem too skinny,but eats and drinks as if starving.
