Microchipped:	Yes
Circumstances:	Gulliver has been missing since July 2016. I saw him on 05/05/18 on my street. He appears to be living with somebody in the area, as he is well fed and has a shaved leg (from going to the vet?). We miss him terribly after having shared our lives with him for ten years. He is a very affectionate cat, so we understand that he is easy to adopt, but losing him has been so upsetting and we would really love to have him home. His collar is red and faded. Thank you.

Will keep an eye out. Just out of interest, your report indicates that your cat was microchipped... that makes me wonder if your details (address/contact details) are up to date with whoever you registered Gulliver's microchip with (petlog etc.). Someone bringing in a new pet to a vet will usually have the microchip checked as a matter of course so I'm wondering how the 'new' owners managed to take Gulliver to the vet without you being alerted. That aside, and seeing as it's nearly 2 years since you lost Gulliver... may I ask what led to him moving away from you in the first place?

Hi Gary, thanks for getting in touch. Gulliver was not himself just before he initially disappeared. We were going to take him to the vet that week, because he seemed like he must have had some kind of shock or accident, as his personality completely changed overnight. He was registered and chipped at Bicester Vets, but nobody has contacted us.

It's a site on Facebook where people let people know if found cats or people post if they lost them there was a cat like yours on there and the cat I think got take to harts vets
