Markings:	Tip of tail has a white triangle, he has a white splash of white on his bib and tummy all four paws are white too
Circumstances:	Was in the garden and startled by a noise

dog was crying at the end of the garden and scratching at the fence, I called out Oscars name and he meowed, Oscar was in the neighbours garden other side of the fence, he wasn't there earlier so looks like he was trying to get home
