Went missing:	11 years ago (13 January 2013 at around 13:00hrs)
Location:	Bourne Close, Bicester, Oxfordshire OX26, UK
Health:	Healthy
Age:	9 years old
Sex:	Male
Collar:	Pale blue with a grey id tube
Microchipped:	Not sure
Markings:	pure black with white flecks under his chin ( almost like a small beard)
Circumstances:	patch managed to escape out of front door and normaly returns within 24 hrs but hasnt been seen since
