Lost cat: Tortoiseshell & white cat called Lucy - Bicester area, Oxfordshire

Went missing:	10 years ago (20 October 2013 at around 09:00hrs)
Location:	Alchester Road, Chesterton, Bicester, Oxfordshire OX26 1UN, UK
Health:	Healthy
Age:	10 years old
Sex:	Spayed Female
Collar:	Silver
Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	She has the tip of her ear cut when she was spayed
Circumstances:	She went as normal in morning. She does not usually go very far as she is very shy and frightened of strangers. She did not return in the afternoon and the weather turned really wet. We have been calling and checking with neighbours in case she is in any outbuildings. This is unusual as she is not a cat who goes out very much.
Other info:	She has a tag on her collar with her name and our phone number

Lucy was shut in a neighbours house. They have a cat flap that will only work one way so once she got in she couldn't escape. We had asked them to check in the morning but they didn't until I put a leaflet through their door along with all other neighbours. We are hoping Lucy won't do the same again but we will ask the neighbours to either lock the flap completely all open it as they do not own cats.
