Circumstances:	Climbed out of window and got off building. Very unlikely to be able to climb up again

There was a white cat with a collar outside the entrance to Tesco Express, Hart Place Bicester by the Hundred Acres on Boston Rd tonight Tuesday 10/11/15 at 21:00 hrs. They do say know that cat collars are dangerous for cats to wear.
