Circumstances:	Out for walk and he approached. He was purring. Quite skinny. Very friendly. Allowed us to carry him over a mile back to Cowpen Bewley without struggling.
Other info:	Long haired. Very friendly. Checked for a chip at the vets, he's chipped but the contact details are out of date.

Stockton council was able to trace the owner after they contacted the vets we took the cat to and they scanned the microchip
