Markings:	He has a serious skin condition
Circumstances:	Loki does not normally wonder. He stays close to home. He hates the rain and thunder so hides when the weather is horrible. He is also very curious.
Other info:	He has a skin condition that makes him look unkempt. He sometimes sticks his younger out when he is scratching
