Circumstances:	Bob was being taken to the vets on Manxman Road for a 5pm appointment on Thursday 21st of November. Somehow he escaped from the cat basket on arrival at the car park before even entering the vets. While he is registered as belonging to another owner he lives between my home and my other neighbour. It was Bobs registered owner who lost him. He lives in Burnley. We have posters up and in shops and the vets in Manxman Road area.
Other info:	I am not the registered owner of this cat. He is owned by Hayley Victoria Meredith who lives nearby. Bob spends his time between my home and another neighbour. He is in need of dental treatment and Ms Meredith took him to the vets on Manxman Road Blackburn on Thursday 21st of November. He escaped from the cat box she was carrying him in. The vets on Manxman Road are aware of his status as owned by Hayley and being searched for by myself and others.
