Circumstances:	Not found but running scared and needs to be caught fast
Other info:	This dog is running loose in bloxwhich and blackenall area. It has nearly been run over 3 times in the space of time i tried to help it. I last saw it around 10.45 to 11am racing from penderal st down towards blakenall. It is very skittish but looks a lovely dog so can people look out for it please.
