Circumstances:	A woman let him out of her car when she was transporting him to his new home with us, he was not in a carrier
Other info:	He has a little white near his upper lip on one side, white under his chin that goes all the way down to his neck in the shape of a bib, the white goes down between his legs in a line where it spreads out between his two back legs, he has white in all four of his paws like he dipped them in a paint pot, the white goes further up his back paws than his front paws
