Circumstances:	Jeff loves going on out, Jeff eyes were infected I was trying to keep him in house while waiting to go pdsa, he got out an has not ret
Other info:	Jeff has been missing now for 4 weeks, he has a purple flea collar on. He is quite chubby an really friendly and loved so much. We miss him loads.
