Circumstances:	I heard him yowling outside my window . I went down and he approached me. He was very affectionate ans I fed him.
Other info:	He is very friendly and has a distinctive yowl. He has huge eyes. His nose and cheeks are white and he has a white stripe between his eyes down to his nose
