Markings:	Small tear in earlobe near to the tip
Circumstances:	Went out wasn't seen later in the day, never came home.
Other info:	Eye slit doesn't close correctly, due to a ulcer in the eye years ago

Vet contacted, taken in by member of the public more than 3 miles away, he was in a staving condition, but not injured. Thought to have been stolen but escaped.
