Circumstances:	Bertie is my friend's cat. He was staying with family in Braintree while my friend went away on honeymoon. Bertie loves to be outside and managed to get out while they were looking after him. He is not local to the area and ordinarily lives in Colchester. They are concerned about him and really want him home safe. He is quite timid but very friendly when comfortable.
