No sightings since late December, but George is still missing. He will most likely be getting his food by sneaking in through catflaps overnight. Could he be visiting you?

A very kind lady fed George in her kitchen in the Hartington Road area of Bramhall late on 9/1/22. This is only about 300m as the crow flies from where George went missing. The lady was not able to close him in, but at least we know he is well and still in the area.

No recent sightings of George, unfortunately. He could be anywhere in the Bramhall area by now. Please keep looking out for him. What is distinctive about him is that he has one black ear and one white.

Delighted to report that George is now back home, safe & well and extremely happy! Thank you so much to Debbie and Michael, who fed him for a week and posted a photo of him on Nextdoor, as well as to everyone else who alerted us to the post.

A kind couple had been feeding George for a week or so, having noticed that he looked like a stray. They posted his picture on Nextdoor and several people took the trouble to alert us. We collected George the next day. Although he has lived rough for most of his life and usually won't let humans touch him, he was a very easy catch. He was just so happy to be found! He is now back home with our other cats and rather surprisingly has become super-clingy. Who knew George would ever turn into a lap cat?
