Circumstances:	The cat started coming round the flat. We believe is a she and also that is lost because it is very friendly and approachable. Her body is covered in scabs under the fur. We fed her when we see her around but we have been unable to take her to the vets. The fur is black with orange/brown patches.
Other info:	It is mainly black with orange patches

Yes, we've got an appointment and we'll checking for microchip. We are seeing her more often around lately and is starting to look malnourished which makes us think she's lost

Amazing. You can also just bring in to any vet rather than wait for an appointment. Microchip scanning takes seconds. We’re missing my Luna who is similar to your posting but don’t want to get my hopes up as been disappointed in the past xxx

Sorry to hear about your Lunan. I saw your post and thought it could be here but the fur is not as dark on the one we've found. We need to get her treated for the scabs as well as having the scan. I hope Luna comes back home soon xx

Hi, I’m a search and rescue volunteer from the FB group Help Me Home Brentwood and Billericay. Are you able to post on our group please if you have access to FB and we can assist you with the kitty. I am also available to come along and scan it for you to see if chipped which would be less stressful for the cat than getting to the vet. We will do whatever we can to help.

Thank you. I will post on your group. It would be a huge help if you could come around to scan. We still need to get her seen by the vets for the scabs as are getting worse but at least if you scan her we can speed up the process and reunite her with her owners (if she's lost)
