Circumstances:	On the Sidewalk, Walking close to where Cars was going past and just looking around. No owner in sight and No Collar. Couldn’t stop for it as too much cars was going past
Other info:	Looking around, No Collar, I believe the fur was a little dirty. Walking very fast.
