Markings:	pink nose, orange eyes, orange along top from head to tail
Circumstances:	He was meowing loudly from under a car at people passing by. He was definitely trying to get peoples attention. He had a paper collar with an address on but the people there said they'd also seen him wandering around all day and couldn't find an owner. I also spoke to two other ladies who also mentioned he'd been wandering the area all day. He seems to be perfectly healthy and he's very bold but he was hungry like he hadn't eaten for at least a day. I've taken him in for the night and will be bringing him to the nearest shelter in the morning because my landlord does not allow pets.
Other info:	Small cat approximately 4-5 months old. He's very bold, vocal and affectionate but has apparently been out all day with no food. Doesn't seem to have picked up any pests or diseases.
