Markings:	The tip of her tail is white and she also has a bald patch on it, plus there is little hair on her belly.
Circumstances:	She was spooked by something, her lead snapped and she bolted.
Other info:	She has a cloudy left eye, that may close over

Izzy was spotted in Whitehall, followed into Easton by myself and caught about 15 minutes later near Greenbank Cemetery.
