Hi I live near there. Can you take to Streatham Hill Vets to be scanned for a chip and report to Battersea on their website or lost dog line ? The owner has likely called them. You won’t get a dog warden at Lambeth today but the emergency council number should log your call and pass on to the dog warden. Then I would if you have not already put on Doglost website. Sorry if you know all this x
