Hi I think the nearest vets to scan for a chip open now is the emergency one Streatham High Road. I would let Battersea know as they can maybe match if owner has called them. Lambeth don’t have an out of hours dog warden but you could call the emergency council line and again you might get lucky and owner might have called in. Otherwise they may ask you to take to their holding kennels think that is Camberwell. Battersea will take the dog and scan they have 24 hour admittance if you get stuck. Will share on a few dog pages someone may recognise him. You could also try Doglost. Are you able to hang on to him until the dog warden is back tomorrow morning? A vets will be open by then. Apologies if you know all this.
