Markings:	Has some scuffs and swelling around face and mouth, but could have happened since becoming missing
Circumstances:	Has been around the road for a few weeks, asking for food and attention. Has looked unwell and recently developed swelling around mouth.
Other info:	I think the collar has been added (possibly by an attempted adopter) in the last few days. He has been on the road, looking unwell and hungry for the last few weeks and have not noticed the collar before that. Collar is green with bell
