Markings:	His tail curls slightly over his back when walking
Circumstances:	Rafferty is like clockwork, he likes to be outside but would turn up around 5pm for his tea. Rafferty didn’t come home that evening and hasn’t been seen since.

Locked in a garage not that far from home.. Lost a lot of weight, very scared, but otherwise seems okay.
