Circumstances:	The cat came to my house. I let him in and after a while he left. He then came back and since he insisted on staying with us in our home we left the door open and put him a collar with our number to see if he would come back to their owner during his wanders. Nobody has since claimed him and called us. He comes back to us all the time so I am not sure he could be a stray or belonging to someone.
