Markings:	White mark below her neck area
Circumstances:	Seen this cat walking around the Cambridge University Mathematics Faculty. While I was told by them that there was an owner, it has repeatedly tried to stay over in student blocks, and regularly comes over with a loud meow seeking for food. I have also seen it out in harsh weathers, making question whether it has a home to go back to.
